Application

1 Used in yoghourt, add 5-10mg/kg Natamycin can restrain the epiphyte high-effectively, it could prolong the shelf life for more than 4 weeks.
2 Used in cheese, there are three methods to prevent the mould.

Used in fruit juice
In grape juice, 20mg/kg Natamycin can prevent the juice fermentation result from the yeast.
In apple juice, 30mg/kg Natamycin can prevent the juice fermentation, keep the juice 6 weeks under 4 ℃, the flavor of juice will not be changed.
In orange juice, under the natural condition the orange juice is easily contaminate by the fungus. 10mg/kg Natamycin can prevent the yeast growth in orange juice under 10℃. 20mg/kg Natamycin will be effected for the bacterial when under room temperature.
